Quotes & Orders
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed after design approval and deposit received.
Samples
Sample prices are listed on this site. Sample cost is deducted from your first bulk order (10 pcs minimum per design).
Production & Shipping
Sampling: about 7 days. Bulk production: about 15 days after final approval. Shipping timelines depend on the service selected (express 3-7 days; sea freight 25-35 days) and are estimates, not guarantees.
Payment
Samples: PayPal or credit card. Bulk orders: 30% T/T deposit, balance before shipment.
Intellectual Property
You confirm you hold the rights to logos, names, and designs you ask us to produce. We produce custom work to your specification and do not resell your designs.
